The item did not work when it arrived but I do believe it was tested before it was sent because when the intercoms were in the same room, as they probably were for testing, they did work. In another room, they did not, however. I was refunded quickly and without hassle. The intercoms matched the picture and I firmly believe the seller had no bad intention so I'm giving the item four stars only because they did not work as expected. I would gladly do business with zayremart again.
