Works well once the computer is correctly configured
It works well once the right windows drivers are found, installed and configured. It was easier to get operational on Windows XP than Windows 10. The challenge seems to be getting the USB drivers to configure as a visible com port. Once this is overcome, the product works very well. So, easy to use once the computer is correctly configured, but very frustrating to get to that point.

Fell apart but worked fine.
On arrival, the tongue of the USB was not properly seated inside the housing. It was at an angle but the housing actually split in two after being handled a few times and I was able to seat the USB device properly in it's housing and it clicked into place. It hasm't come apart since and I haven't had to glue it together. There was no sign of it every being glued so I assume it is designed to click-lock into place anyway. Apart from that, the device has functioned properly. Just a little indication of QA not catching an assembly error.On arrival, the tongue of the USB was not properly seated inside the housing. Default settings only
Maybe ok if you just want to navigate, but the unit is missing backup of any kind. These chips are supposed to have either or both, battery or capacitor powered memory, so that the configuration can be changed and remembered. This unit stays on default settings, useless for my purposes
