I have used similar styles of mouthpiece for a long time. This one broke on the first wear, the adjustment screws ripped out of their threads and were a choking hazard. The moulding material tasted like poison. This is some of the worst quality product I've ever seen. I'd ask for my money back if I thought I stood a chance.

The plastic ratchet system can't even hold the mouthguard in place even when its not in your mouth, let alone under the pressure of pulling your bottom jaw foward!!! This wouldnt even stay together as a normal mouthguard. AVOID !!!
