    Never buy from again. Item has a pre-shipping label on Jan 8th and has never been shipped. Seller contacted once , after 3 messages from buyer. No contact since. It is now Jan. 24th and no book for my college class. Refund started but not communication. Sadly disappointed. College is expensive enough, now to be out a textbook and have to go buy again… sucks.

    Book was perfectly fine with minor cosmetic damage. The issue is that the seller rejected a cancellation request less than an hour after purchase on 7/27, claiming that the item was shipped already. This was a lie. The shipping label was created on 7/28, and the item was not physically dropped off at USPS until 7/5. Communication with the seller was not helpful, as they claimed their assistant did not ship it on time and then there was an issue with USPS.
