Apart of multi packaging again as with all items in delivery the item is extremely well wrapped and packaged, the delivery of parcel was spot on time and handled extremely well during it's journey with Australia Post - a job very well done indeed!! Item was not new as advertised as there were large cut marks on base in 2 places. Seller did not acknowledge that it wasn’t new, only that they didn’t see the marks which were impossible to miss. They did partially refund the purchase, however I was disappointed with the purchase as there were brand new ones that I could have purchased instead. I believe the seller is an honest seller and reputable, however in this transaction I just don’t see how they didn’t know the item was previously used.
