As good as you can get.
An excellent piece of cookware for the advanced home cook. It's beautifully crafted and solidly built. The machined bottom makes release easy. No reason to search for an old Griswold. Finex is just as good and available new.

VERY heavy
This is a VERY HEAVY fry pan. In my opinion quality is far better then any fry pan I have used or owned. You will need an oven glove for the handle. The pan is so heavy you may tend to lift closer to the pan itself and this may cause a burn.
