I purchased 2 new KOO Jessie Velvet Comforter sets, one king size in Denim, the other Queen size in Pink salt. They refunded the King size denim set as they no longer had that in stock, but the Queen size Pink Salt set was missing a pillow case. I’ve contacted the seller and have received no acknowledgment or response to my email. Pretty unhappy. I contacted Spotlight stores directly and they didn’t recognise the order number. Do not purchase through eBay and purchase directly through Spotlight.
