    Helpful for sure, but perfect? No.

    Even though I've said in my title that this brace is not perfect, I still recommend it for people on a limited budget or for those who can not, or will not, see a doctor to get a "prescription" medical bootie. I could not get a prescription medical bootie because I had no health insurance. Actually, it was/is my big toe that I broke, so I used a cheap "post-op" boot to protect my toe. But as I used it, I realized my ankle needed a lot more support from how I needed to walk in it. So I ordered this brace to wear, inside that post-op boot. It is lightweight, but I wish there was either more padding on the "side stabilizers" (basically a rod of metal), or more maneuverability on where they lay, instead of right on your side ankle bones. And when I wear just the ankle brace and walk around ...

    One size fits all (little people)

    Nice brace. To bad I can't get it over my foot to place it on my ankle. One size fits all. All men with shoe size under 8 or maybe larger sizes aaa insted of my d's. This is Ace bandage sizing for Chinese people and not for larger Americans.
