Not only did I get a hell of a deal on this Bernina 560, but the customer service was amazing. It unfortunately arrived damaged (the bottom plastic plate had broken). I was able to take it to a local Bernina dealer, they were able to fix it, and Linda Z's refunded the amount of the cost of repair! 10/10 would recommend buying from them.
