    A great product

    The entire purchase and the implementation of the Magic Jack was easy. The purchase part on Ebay was uneventful. Never a problem. The support team on the Magic Jack side was great. They worked with me where I was able to make outgoing calls with Magic Jack. 5 days and my home number was moved and I was fully working on my Magic Jack.

    MJ Home Will Not Function with MAC Catalina OS!

    Beware of this product if you are using the latest operating system for your Mac computer, Catalina, because it is not compatible. When asked MJ offers no response for when to expect their product to be upgraded to be compatible with the Catalina OS. Very sad to hear as most products seem to be prepared when new operating systems are introduced.

    Bought as a backup

    I have been using magic jack for the past 12 years. I lived part time in Guatemala Central America and use magic jack to keep in communication with the US. I bought this unit as a backup in case something goes wrong with my Magic Jack Go that I'm using now down there. My current subscription does not run out until 2025 so this new unit may stay in the box for a number of years before I wind up using it.

    Save cell phone minutes!

    Easy setup substantially cuts down on my cell phone use. I just got it 2 weeks ago and it works great every time. Let's hope it stays that way. This will pay for itself in no time!
