The product was professionally packaged upon delivery. The product was still undamaged in the photos. After unpacking, I found serious damage and breaks on the product. So it could only be damaged or broken at the seller's place before or during packaging. They forgot to notify me of this fact, they just packed it and sent it damaged. As the product cost around £40.
