I have spoken with seller who has refunded me fully, and I am sorry Australia Post failed us both. This seller has done the right thing. I did not receive any envelope with the item in it as pictured by seller. I do not know how to remove negative feedback this is not an option on this page. This seller has done the right thing If you could retrack the negative feedback please do so.
