I received the item very quickly. Item is used, but came in the box. It didn’t say anything in the listing about not having a charger so when I received it, I reached out to the seller about not having a charger so I couldn’t use it and they took action quickly to send me out a charger right away.

The seller packed this item, by jamming the pizza stone above the burner where it doesn't belong, listed as new out of the box, in a way that damaged the item, chipping the pizza stone and causing structural damage. I can never resell this item. I sent a note explaining to the merchant who never responded. While functional the item was put into a condition that was completely unacceptable and the merchant knew it when it was sent which means this merchant be trusted
