Thank you for the feedback we appreciate the time and i have just looked into the time scale.
Seems it was sent to wrong place then redirected so would assume thats the reason.
We look into all delays and errors and take them seriously and deal straight away with them.
I will keep a watch on our future items sent with them to make sure this was just a 1 off as we are not far from Norfolk boundry so should not take that long normally.
