The item is as described and it works fine but my only snall problem is shipping speed to USA. It would be nice to have a shipper in America. It would also be better if the packaging is more environmentally friendly.

Product would not balance cells to within a third of a volt. Obviously defective. The return address on the envelope even shows it was shipped from a "return warehouse". When I tried to return it, the seller demanded that I ship it to China at my cost, not the United States address on the return envelope, and be reimbursed through PayPal, not even directly to my card. The name of the seller even indicates that it is US based, "US easy". Photos attached. Stay away!

Haven’t yet been put through the tests but battery and hatch fits well and are very well made. Arrived quickly and well packed. Only minus so far would perhaps be the chinese to english translation of the text on the hatch, but it’s really no issue. Looking forward to the extended battery time!
