I received the item broken. The bobble head figure was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a plastic bag(of course it would break). This seller said send it back and deal with Australian post but that’s this seller’s responsibility to contact them. And it’s this seller’s responsibility to send the fragile item. This seller said send it back and then I asked him to pay for return shipping but he didn’t answer. After that I sent him messages but he has been ignoring. This is worst experience.
