Item was listed for a brand new print head. They sent me an old one that was scratched so badly and damaged and had been refurbished and did not work at all. Seller said refund is on the way and demanded i close the case i had open but 2 weeks and no refund. I had to go through ebay for refund. Do not buy anything from here
