Well packed but blister pack was ripped open and the coin had glue on it.

This was the way the Royal Mint delivered the coins to me. The coin had shifted over to the sticky part of the packaging. You can remove the glue very simply by soaking the coin in finger nail polish remover. This isn’t the first time I have heard of the Royal Mint’s rubbish packaging
