Item listed as "New with Tags", but I received a used set. The tan case was all scratched up on every side. It looked like it had been dropped a couple of times too. Listing photos showed all lenses as new in protective bags, but the set I received was missing bags. Seller did not respond to message.

I have all positive reviews. This buyer messaged me yesterday, on a Sunday, 5 weeks after receiving the item with an issue. I responded this morning. I always ship and respond promptly. I shipped what was listed. I am not sure why 5 weeks later he is having a problem.

Somehow you can respond to feedback, but not to messages. Missing paperwork you showed in the listing, hard case is scraped up on all sides with damage not shown in your photos, protective plastic missing from lens, marks on lenses showing where they were swapped in/out of frames. lonimagoo is not an honorable seller!
