In ALL of the feedback that I’ve received this is the ONLY one that came back negative. I contacted the buyer about this feedback, and said to me that he didn’t mean to leave such a negative mark. He profusely apologized to me. He was sincere and kind about it. He even tried to rescind his feedback through eBay. He told me that eBay won’t change it. The whole time was at 100% and now at 92% about 3% lower than last month. This after receiving additional positive feedback. Why? How? 300+ reviews.
