This is the second purchase I have made from this seller. Both times, the time from purchase to delivery was 20 days. I reached out when my first purchase had not been shipped after 2 weeks, and I received a terse reply about how they worked full time and took care of elders, and that they had said in the description that shipping time was 2 weeks. The pins were just as described and pictured, and they were securely wrapped for shipping. However, I will not buy from this seller again.

Customer's items were both shipped within the timeframe I specify in my listings because I work full time and care for elderly relatives which she admits in her feedback. I even communicated with the customer when she reached out to go over my shipping time again when she expressed impatience. Customer even returned satisfied to purchase another item fully informed. Only after receiving the items did she leave feedback and I don't know what I could have done differently to satisfy this customer.
