Customer service follow up is excellent. I received an email asking if I received the package. I did not receive it via Australia Post, and it was nowhere to be found around the front of my property. So replied in the negative. However, upon a thorough look I found the package at my back door in a nook. I must commend the delivery person for placing it in a hard to find location. My appologies for the negative "I did not receive my package" comments.
