  • Awesome product. Great value, at any price and a must read for anyone who h

Probably one of the best, if not the best self help books ever written. A light-hearted approach to helping overcome depression, from a fellow sufferers viewpoint, as opposed to some academic or so called professional. Guides the user through all the information and various techniques to help deal with depression. An absolute must have for anyone who has depression or knows someone who has depression. Should be issued to anyone who goes to a doctor with depression, instead of all the drugs. Will cause upset among the :therapists" who make a fortune "help people come to terms" when all they really need to do is have a read, apply the ideas and more than likely get on with life. Cannot recommend this book enough.

  • Spot on!!!!!

I read the first edition Bev wrote & I was not disappointed by this upgraded 2nd edition. Very easy to understand & relate to the majority of this book. Informative & very relevant.
