We'll lead with the need for improvement - the packaging was too cute by half. The book did arrive safely in the end so I can't complain *too* much, but seeing a bashed up, half-opened Amazon box that was way too large with nothing to absorb the damage or support the functionally empty box was anxiety-inducing. That said, it was in good shape in the end, and everything else about the transaction went really smoothly, so I'd still call it a positive experience on net.
