Fantastic seller, well packaged item and speedy secure postage. Top tip to mention for both the seller and the recipient if shipping to the UK. DHL switches to Parcelforce once the package arrives in the UK and the tracking just stops with no further information. If you find this is the case enter the DHL tracking number into Parceforce's website and this will provide you with instructions for customs fees! I did this and drove to get the laptop! Grundsätzlich lief die Transaktion ohne Probleme ab.
Die Versandkosten - na gut - es geht günstiger - dafür war der Artikel vorbildlich verpackt und kam mit einer vollständigen Rechnung, das freut das Finanzamt (bzw. mich).
Richtig gut war allerdings der Support - es gab ein kleinerers softwareseitiges Problem mit dem Gerät.
Das Support-Team reagierte schenll und freundlich, so dass wir das Thema zügig aus der Welt schaffen konnten.
