The frame and fork were as described and fully functional. The items were very carefully packed with cardboard and styrofoam pieces zip tied to the frame, and a wooden block fastened between the chain stays. The fork was carefully packed separately in the same box. However, they did not include the seat post and so I contacted the shipper and that was promptly shipped out on it's own at no extra charge. I'm quite satisfied with the purchase and I recommend pacific-coast-cycles.
