Seller shipped quickly. The item arrived in very good shape and very good packaging. The computer is exacly as represented in the listing, and a great buy. It was the highest spec computer I found at the offered price and I'm super satisfied with what I got. as an added bonus it even still has active pro service with Dell for another year and a half. I guess when the original owner pays for that then it transfers with the computer.
