New product but new defects too
After 15 years I replaced my old DC08 Animal pro with this new version. Surely a lot of inprovements are been done but a lot of defects are been introduce too. At the end of the day, the new Cinetic Big Ball is a very good product, but I don't understand because a lot of little defect are not solved yet: - The old DC08 is usable and stable on the stairs, the big ball rolls over just like a ball - The power cord is soft but shorter than the older version - The suction tube is in plastic instead aluminum and is uncomfortable to stretch - The power and cable reteiner buttons are too little and not to easy to recognize and press. - The brush for parquet is difficult to manage because too much articulated - The hook for the suction tube to the main unit is unreliable and inconsistent - The ... Anyway is a good product, but without spending anything it could become a great product!
