To me, what makes a good seller is not so much the items they sell, but how they handle post-sale issues. Snafus are inevitable, especially when selling/buying used items. These GPUs get pulled from working machines, but that's not really a guarantee that a card will keep working in a new environment. This particular one happened to be a dud. I reached out to the seller for some troubleshooting, and they immediately refunded the full amount. That's an A+ business in my book.
