The Rinnai water heater was well protected, and survived shipping perfectly, and unboxed completely mess free! Shipping was great, and your replies to my LP/NG concerns were prompt and accurate.       shipping of the product was not good. would expect that they would have taken better care of the product than to simply tape all the previously open boxes together and ship them that way. the pipe was damaged and 1 was damaged beyond use. they did give the refund of the item. the product itself is great value, the appearance of packages was not good. again, the seller did respond in a timely manner. would recommend the seller if they change the way the items are shipped.
