Excellent quality, Buck 112 Ranger "need-to-know's"
This sheath is made with excellent craftsmanship for 4" folding knives. May not be a good idea for everyone to purchase this as a replacement sheath for the Buck 112 Ranger knife, due to the knife being 4 1/8" in the closed position, but if you're not opposed to the perfect cradled fit for holding the Buck 112, then forcing the snap shut isn't going to be a problem - so, that being the case I wouldn't recommend this sheath for use to anyone under the age of 16 for use with the Buck 112 because they must be able to work the flap in a manner consistent with stretching it into the closed position to snap it shut (requires both hands until the leather has stretched enough to easily snap it shut). Other than that, i'd recommend this sheath to anyone for any folding knife that's no more than ... This sheath is made with excellent craftsmanship for 4" folding knives. Not right size. To short to narrow.
I bought it for a buck 112 it won’t fit to little. Not wide enough or long enough.Bought a brown one from same guy fits fine.I don’t understand. Would return but don’t know how. Just won’t buy this type of thing on line anymore. Will buy in person only.

I bought this for a Buck Stockman that will be gifted to my son. It’s well-made and fits perfectly. My son, an artist, will appreciate the detailed texture that gives it character. The packaged sheath made its way from Montana to Arizona in just a few days. I wasn’t expecting it for another day or two, so that was a pleasant surprise. I usually won’t buy anything unless I can touch it first because you just never know what you’ll get, but I’m quite happy with this sheath and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Big Sky Knife again. Basic good value belt holder.
Pros: well made for the price, real leather, looks good and the snap is metal (not plastic) Con: the belt loop is just a couple of slits in the back, so its hard to put on the belt at first. Overall, good value for about $5 - 10. If you want something more substantial, you'll pay at least double.

I bought this sheath on a gamble.Seller gave the inside dimensions in his/her listing.I was looking for a Ruger LCP .380 and Kimber Micro .380 spare magazine holder with a snap over cover.Bought two.Perfect fit for both.At half the price of a gun dealers Magazine holders.So how is it as a knife sheath?That I can't say,but if you want a good Magazine holder for these two guns?Perfect.
