We’ve sold over 200 sets with zero issues, and I’ve personally soldered 100+ without problems. They’re very simple to use with a small tip soldering iron, correct temperature, good technique, and flux-cored solder. As with most connectors, the plastic can melt if too much heat is applied or if soldering technique isn’t quite right.
