    You need this for precise loading

    I bought this as a used item and knew it would have some age on it but it's a simple assembly with good quality materials and is working as well as I had hoped. I like that it's only two pieces, the main body and the hollow shaft. I thought it would be prone to leaking as the hollow shaft does not have any type of seal but I found that it didn't leak granules of powder during use. This item is a requirement if you really want to ensure precise powder loads for each round. Time consuming to use as opposed to just throwing a volumetric load but worth the extra time when trying to dial in a precise powder load for precision shooting.
