I contacted the seller twice; he said he would look into it, but after two weeks have not heard back. The ad said the shampoo was 24 oz., but it was only 8 oz. The ad said it was "Shampoo & Conditioner," but it was only shampoo. The top was loose and the product was dripping out of the package, so the post office refused to deliver it and I had to go pick it up.
