Built on the successful 1998 PC title SimCity 3000, SimCity 3000 Unlimited offers gamers four new disasters, including a shower of burning space debris and a plague of locusts. 13 new scenarios offer challenges for newcomers and veterans of the series alike. This enhanced version also features new Building Sets, allowing the design of cities with an Asian or European look in addition to the familiar North American styled cities featured in SimCity 3000. Players can create their own buildings from scratch as well. This version of the game also includes a powerful terrain editor and cities can be placed on a snowy plain, a dusty desert, deep in a humid jungle, or among a stand of giant redwoods.

    A vintage city simulator that still holds up well today

    It has some noticeable problems compared to modern games, but overall it remains an enjoyable experience. Lighter on the system than newer games like Cities: Skylines

    Great old game

    If you've never experienced any of the SimCity city building and managing games then this one is a real treat. Personally, I've played both SC3 and SC4 extensively. and I believe I like SC3 better. Although, SC4 is fantastic as well and is about the same game but just a little bit harder to manage. What you do is lay down the three building zones, Residential, Commercial and Industrial, add power lines from your power source and the zones will come to life creating all kinds buildings. As the Mayor, you'll have to manage these zones and balance they're growth to continue to grow into metropolises and future larger cities that you won't believe. Yes it's pretty easy and tons of fun to play. You'll spend hours on end creating city after city trying different ideas of your own. Enjoy!
