Communication was good though once I notified them of the problem. Product was not handmade but very good quality. The felt was soft to the touch, and rigid. The color is vibrant. The organizer has more than enough storage and retains it's shape when carried in my Speedy 35 Overall B+. Do better, on updating tracking information when completing the sale.
