Refund went okay but this shouldn’t happen. $1,250 is a decent size amount of money to have to wait several days to be put back in to your account for an item that didn’t exist in the first place.

    Absolutely Like New!

    After 30 years in management I am now retired & get to return to the things I love. One of those things is design, building & repair of all things electronic. I've slowly built-up my stash of equipment & finally game to the need for an O'scope. Much research later I stumbled onto this vendors' Tek 2225's. I couldn't believe the price, so figured they had to beat up & phosphor burns on the CRT. I read the comments section to find a 99+.% satisfaction. The comments from others was the same as I write now; My scope arrived as-is new. Not a scratch or smudge. Even the CRT was like new. Just make sure you've got some decent quality probes ordered to arrive the same time as the scope.

    Textronix 2225

    Great refurbished oscilloscope everything works just like described, crt is bright, this will last me a lifetime. As i purchased it to tune stereo systems so the scope is over kill for my interests at this time but well worth the price. Never used a oscilloscope before but after reading owners manual and a few mins setting up im now comfortably with its easy to use controls. A must have for amplified stereo systems.

    Quite simply, I don't think you could tell this "used" 2225 'scope from a new one directly off the assembly line! All of the features work as designed and stated in the manual, and it's a great scope for beginners or seasoned technicians that value the benefits and ease of operation of a 50MHz analog scope.

    Great Entry Analogue Scooe

    Textronix analogue oscilloscopes of this vintage were mainly produced in Europe or the United States. A few were made in Japan. Quality controls, first rate construction and attention to detail. Scope functions flawlessly after 30+!years. If you are primarily interested in audio applications, this is your scope.
