Seller contradicted themselves in our messages: "like new to me" but “used, so not brand new." Like new implies no flaws. I requested a partial refund for mending, preferring to keep it and avoid unnecessary returns. Seller was rude, only offering a full return, claiming it's a favor despite their inaccurate listing. No accountability. Poor communication. Not as described.
