    The client that doesn't give a ***** once they have the money.

    I have yet to experience this. I found you to be short and snappy and unbelievably unhelpful. I cannot recommend it to you, or if that is how to run your operation, I would answer with one-liners. After several calls with Rolex, Direct found that it was impossible to attach the jubilee bracelet to the watch, only the rubber one. This cost me hours of research when I knew the configuration I wanted was impossible with this watch. The name needs to be more accurate since new watches hit the market at the Basel Expo each year. I thought I was dealing directly with them. I would not recommend them.
