Asked me to ship the phone back and they would be happy to replace it. I mailed it back, they said they received an empty package. I contacted USPS and confirmed it was lost in the mail. NOW SELLER HAS COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME!! NO REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT!
