    this is the best way to improve most lung functions

    if you want better lung functions, get off the oxygen after covid pneumonia, but they were too busy to remember to send you home with one. if you were in the hospital with any pneumonia or after surgery, this is the best way to do it, get clear instructions for your situation. I was a nurse for 36 years and my lungs were fine until I had covid pneumonia for 2 months at least. They are telling people to do breathing exercises but both the respitory therapist and my doctor told me to get one of these. I am making progress!!!!

    Measures air capacity & clears lungs.

    This is an essential device to clear and improve the lungs. If used properly, and breath is held foe 3 seconds at the end. a cough will most likely result. It is a great way to clear unwanted mucus from the lungs. A major tool in recovery and better breathing.
