      This step pulley was junk and should have been thrown in the trash. The bore was totally washed out and rattled on the motor shaft even though the set screw was tightened.

      We did not have a chance to make it right with the customer, had we noticed the feedback sooner or had the customer reached out we would have made it right with them without hesitation. We did end up refunding the customer and sending an apology anyway.
