    Small enough for easy storage.

    I bought this for my daughter in a 3rd floor apartment with all wood stairs to her unit. If that structure should catch fire she would have no way out and would need to wait for fire rescue . With the ladder she can go out her bedroom window on the opposite side of the building. Is it worth the money? I hope not.
