The seller answered my query quickly so I could decide on the purchase. The part was as described and the packaging was minimal but was enough to protect the part - bubble wrap, box, foam sleeve, envelope. It appeared new - I could detect no signs of usage and the authorised Kia dealers in my country did not raise any concerns. Had to reprogram key to immobiliser.
