The case zipper was damaged/defective and would not open enough to allow the glasses to be removed (see photos) Contacted seller who offered to accept a return for a full refund or reimburse $5.00 for the case. I opted for the $5 and then forced the case open. The Glasses were in perfect condition. I am pleased with the sellers response to the problem and would do business with him/her again. Highly recommended.
