    Why newer is better when it comes to bottom brackets

    These are a big improvement over the old loose ball bearings and cups bottom brackets. They are also much easier to remove and install. Buy the one park tool, watch the video, and you're good to good. The other big improvement is that since these are sealed from dust, dirt, and moisture getting into them they have long lives. It's a good upgrade for the money.
