The phone has 2 scratches on the back cover (which was why it was b-grade). The screen, camera were perfect and covered with the plastic film still. I was able to get activated and setup on my carrier, there's a card in the box that explains the correct steps if there's activation issues. I couldn't be happier, and would absolutely recommend purchasing from this seller. Excellent!
