    Seller accepted my full price offer and communicated to me that he would mail it on Apil 10th. I subsequently received a notice for a refund and then a message from Seller saying he could not find the item. He then offered me another item which appears to be a bait and switch. My original Item shows as Paid on eBay's website: Is this how eBay does business allowing sellers to accept, take payment and then back out with an excuse.

    I have sold hundreds of items on Ebay this is the 1st time this has happened, the minute I realized I did not have the item where I could find it, I am in the middle of a home remodel, I immediately sent full refund. I then offered the buyer a better item I knew I had. And this is the reply I received.
