When this item finally got here, I returned it and the seller refunded the full price, even though it wasn't his fault it took USPS 2 weeks to deliver it 900 miles. That's good business.     Door latch 2000 Ford Ranger

    Latch worded great,but the electrical connector was different. Easy to replace though. I had to replace it with the old one,lucky it was still in good shape. Maybe the company can send both connectors with latch to ensure right one.

    Additional parts required !!!!!

    The door latch is excellent BUT what is not included is the jumper harness that is required to hook up the door switch. At some point Ford changed the design of the door switch and the jumper will cost an additional. $36.00!!!!!!!

    Switch plug did not fit

    The latch is great quality but the connector for my 1998 ranger was different. I was able to remove the switch from my old latch but if your switch is shot this will not fit.
