    Same old song about becoming a vegan. It doesn't come out and say it, but that is the bottom line. I could live on dairy and grains, but those are considered evil as well. Even being allergic to capsaicin (peppers), fresh garlic, corn, and egg whites doesn't entice me to be so drastic with my diet. The book is just that dreary. Eat what they say whether you agree with it or not.
